Rewards such as apples, carrots and bread seem healthy and nutritious at first glance, but even these foods often hide a considerable amount of sugar and starch. For a sugar and starch-reduced alternative, completely without grain, gluten and molasses, St.Hippolyt’s parctic Glyx-Mash provides. The mash, which is particularly suitable for grain-sensitive and allergic horses, contains a rich composition of prebiotic ingredients, selected aromatic herbs and is combined with, among other things, broken down linseed.
- Prebiotic ingredients can contribute to the harmonisation of the intestinal function
- Carefully selected aromatic herbs can additionally support the digestive processes
- Mucilage from the broken down linseed can form a protective layer on the sensitive mucous membranes in the digestive tract.
Glyx-Mash has been specially developed for use as a general digestive aid, on standing days, during the change of coat, after high performance or during convalescence.
Feeding recommendation:
Mix approx. 70 – 250g per 100kg bodyweight with approx. 1.5 times the amount of warm/hot water and offer after approx. 15 minutes swelling time. Glyx-Mash can also be prepared with cold water by increasing the swelling time to 30 minutes.
Feed Glyx-Mash 3-4 times a week, if necessary it can also be offered daily.
1 litre = approx. 430g
