Cavalor Derma Wash

Chlorhexidione is a disinfectant and is said to prevent the growth of bacteria and fungi. Compared to other disinfectants (e.g. iodine) it is considerably gentler on the coat and hair.

The hygienic shampoo can be used to wash horses with flaky skin and dull coats. Ideal for pampering newcomers to the stable. Derma Wash is pH neutral and enriched with glycerine. This combination ensures a natural coat shine.

Application advice:

• Pour a small amount (+/- 30ml) into a bucket of lukewarm water and apply directly to the whole body or the affected skin with a sponge. Let it take effect briefly and then rinse it off carefully with water
• To avoid infections, it can be useful to wash the horse monthly with Derma wash or after intensive contact with other horses (e.g. walks)
• Can also be used to disinfect your saddlebags or other equipment.
• Use 30ml Derma Wash in your washing machine instead of detergent to clean fabrics
